Delivery via POSTNL or BUDBEE
THEBAGSTORE works with PostNL Parcel Service. Work days before 22:00 order, the next day delivery.

View the current status of the order on the My Account page. After the order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code via PostNL.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will attempt to deliver the package the next day. If this is not possible, the package can be picked up at the collection office the next day. PostNL leaves a message in your mailbox stating where you can pick it up. The package will remain there for three weeks.

A tip! Aren’t you home a lot? Then deliver the package to your work, family, or acquaintances. Please specify a different shipping or delivery address at checkout.

Overnight delivery via BUDBEE
We want to take full advantage of our service-oriented delivery approach, which is why we can also deliver through Budbee. This is a way in which you as the customer can indicate exactly where, when and how your order should be delivered. Budbee will deliver it to your door at night if it suits you. You can choose how we should deliver your package — and whether you want us to knock, call or leave it outside. Budbee will notify you via tracking links or apps, and you can track your delivery in real time on a map.

It is currently only available in the Netherlands (except for the Wadden Islands) for evening delivery via Budbee. You can also indicate your preference when returning through Budbee. Budbee will pick up your returned package at home at a time of your choice.

The delivery time
Work days before 22:00 order, the next day delivery. Do you place orders on weekends? Then we will send the package on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.

The postage
For total orders over 49.95 euros, the order will be delivered free in the Netherlands; Then we’ll bear the freight ourselves. For orders of 49.95 euros or less, we will charge a freight charge of 5.95 euros.

THEBAGSTORE shipping rates for other countries are as follows:

Belgium: There is no shipping charge for orders over 49.95 euros. For orders of 49.95 euros or less, there will be a shipping charge of 6.95 euros.
Delay in delivery
When there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible. Check the current status of your order in your account or through our special tracking page

Unavailable items
If there is no article, you will be notified by email or phone. In this case, we will negotiate to send another product or transfer the amount paid back to your bank account within 7 business days.

Sold out
An item may be temporarily sold out. In most cases, these will be returned to the collection. If you would like to know more about this, you can email: contact@thebagstore.nl

State the item number, name and color of the bag or accessory in the email. Then we can inform you.

ensure
Legal warranties apply to products purchased at THEBAGSTORE. A legal guarantee means that the product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect. Many manufacturers offer additional manufacturer warranties. This varies by brand. If additional warranties apply, you can find them under “Additional Information” on the product page. Any additional warranties in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.

complaints
We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with THEBAGSTORE. If you still have a complaint, you can let us know by email or post. Contact details are as follows. We will respond as soon as possible, but always within 14 days, by email or post (depending on how the complaint is filed).

Current promotion terms
Concerns free Gift promotion: Beagles Nevarra shoppers worth 24.95 euros. If the gift does not appear to have been returned when the order is returned, we will deduct the amount of 24.95 euros. This also applies if part of the returned order shows that the order amount is less than €100 if the gift is not returned.
