WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Every item you order from THEBAGSTORE has a legal guarantee. We ensure that there is always a solution if an item is damaged or breaks down within a short time. Please always contact our customer service if you wish to return a product to us in the event of a complaint. You can send an email to: garantie@thebagstore.nl based on your order number. If possible, send a picture of the problem.
PRODUCT CAPACITY, DAMAGED OR NOT COMPLETE
If you have received a damaged product, that is very annoying. It is important that you report this to us as soon as possible. In that case, please contact customer service tel. 058 – 203 74 22 and send us an email to garantie@thebagstore.nl containing the following information:
-describe the problem as well and clearly as possible
-take a picture of the damage and send it with the mail message
-include as much information as possible about your order such as the invoice number
After contact with customer service, we will provide a suitable solution.
